先生 is the Japanese word for teacher. Written literally, it means the one who was born before — the one who walked the path first, and returns to show it.
Before every master, there was a teacher. [sēnsei] Academy educates the people who educate the industry: the artists, the educators, the salon owners who set the standard for everyone else.
