01Send the linkForward our collection to your guest, or send us their name and request directly. Either way the booking is logged to you.

02One contact, one numberA named person on our side, reachable on WhatsApp. Not a shared inbox and not a form.

03Sixty minutesEvery request answered inside the hour, every day of the season, 09:00 to 21:00. If we cannot do it, you hear that inside the hour too.

04Paid monthlyA statement on the 5th listing every booking, the date, the guest reference and your commission. Bank transfer the same week.

Our commitment to you

We do not mark up. We do not upsell.

Your guest pays our published price and pays us directly. Nothing is added to their bill, nothing is added to yours. Your commission comes out of our margin — never out of their pocket.

One price, published

The price on our collection is the price at the door. It includes VAT. Our artists cannot alter it and are not permitted to negotiate.

No upselling

Our artists do not sell additional services in the room. If a guest asks for more, it is quoted at the published price and it belongs to your booking.

No direct approach

We leave no cards, we take no numbers for our own list, and we do not contact your guest afterwards. They came from you and they stay yours.

Your commission is protected

If that guest returns within the season, the referral still counts to you. We track it on our side, not yours.

Discretion

No names, no locations, no images published without written permission. This applies to your property as much as to your guest.

We say no

If we cannot deliver to standard on the date, we tell you rather than send someone. Your reputation is the one at risk in the room.
